Comment: This cabinet contains the parish Roll of Honour, compiled by Fred Symes, a wartime evacuee in Martin. It commemorates all those who served their country during the two world wars and later conflicts. It was made by the late Michael Cox, a master cabinet maker, who was born in Flintwalls cottage, East Martin, and installed with the help of Captain John Kelly OBE, a veteran of the Falklands war.
